In New Vestroia, the Battle Brawlers unite to form the "Resistance" against the evil "Vexos". The Vexos are hunting down and capturing Bakugan, forcing them to battle. Dan, Drago and his new friends must find a way to free the bakugan before the power balance in New Vestroia causes a destructive explosion!
Later in the show, Dan looses Drago to Spectra (the best vexo) and Dan must find a way to get him back. He used Applineeir, to get back Drago, now Spectra is using the ultimate bakugan to take over the world!
How will the Resistance stop Spectra from taking over the world? But now in Gundalian invaders there is a new problem!

Dan, Marucho and Shun are drawn into an escalating conflict between two alien factions. They must help defeat the Gundalian Protectors of the Dark Bakugan and the Twelve Orders who attack the peaceful planet of Neathia and now turn their attention to Earth, entering through the virtual reality Bakugan Interspace. The stakes are high! Will the Battle Brawlers triumph, saving the Bakugan and Earth once more?
